Main campus development comprising four building zones to an existing protected structure.

Extension to existing Campus including new Sports Facilities, Library & Lecture Theatres.  The project involved new construction, decanting and demolition/renovation of 11,000 sq m in total, within an existing fully operational site which contains Junior School, Major Public Roadway and Protected Structure.

The project also involved sensitive conservation works to 16th century Belvedere House.

As part of the integration of St. Patrick’s Campus into Dublin City University, we are investigating the ‘student experience’, the potential linkages between both campuses and the rationalisation of existing on site student accommodation.
